Question
October 8, 2015 at 1:34 am #48159@tadpoleHi
The gallery is not displaying correctly on iOS9 devices (remains fine on iOS8)When an image is initially selected it displays the background colour of the site only, a scroll bar lets you move the window to the left and the image starts to come into view.
the buttons are displaced over the image.
Changing the landscape back and forth on the iphone eventually gets the whole image to show -the buttons shrink back to normal – but there is a massive border at the top.
screenshots attached.

It has been 5 weeks since I raised this – do you have an update for me please?
The plug in is installed on a paid for members site and the gallery function is really important. I am dealing with members complaints because of this. It would be really helpful if you has an ETA for me on this thanks.

I can’t test the iOS9 issue on my site because when I updated the plugin on my identical test site all the images have stopped pulling through.
I can upload an image but the plug in is showing no images for me as a user. The old albums are showing but with no photos (see screenshot), no images are showing at all on the photos page.
I havent updated any other plugins and it was fine before the update (apart from the iOS problem)
I have tried resetting permalinks, ticking the deminify button but still no images.
Any thoughts please?November 20, 2015 at 6:31 am #52276@

AlyssaParticipant@tadpole our developers have logged into your website, deactivated then plugin, then reactivated it, and it appears to be working as expected…at least on your staging site. Can you confirm the same for your live site?
December 1, 2015 at 8:44 am #53310@tadpoleHi @tjchester
Sorry for the delay – I have been away.
No its not fixed on the staging site – the albums are still all showing 0 photos, I can see the new uploaded pics that I think the devs have put up there but there is no connection to the existing pics and albums – I wont update the live site until I know that all the existing links will be there…

AlyssaParticipant@tadpole I believe there was a disconnect. This is a new issue, not related to the images displaying the the lightbox on iOS9. The photos don’t even appear in the albums. I have forwarded your login information to our developers to resolve shortly. Thank you for your patience, we are diligently working on a solution.
December 4, 2015 at 3:48 am #53654@tadpoleThanks @tjchester
Yes I did screenshot the new issue with the update that was to fix the lightbox issue (see images above).
Probably should have started a new thread but didnt want to lose the chain of communication!
I can see that your devs have loaded new images and they display fine in newly created albums so the problem is with the pre-update content. My live site has a much larger bank of historical albums and images so I am hopeful you can fix this one.
thanks for your help

AlyssaParticipant@tadpole we have resolved the issue on your staging server. We will be releasing an official update shortly.
December 14, 2015 at 7:19 am #54385@tadpoleHi @tjchester
thanks yes the plug in is working properly on my staging site now .
Do you have an approximate ETA for the release of the upgrade – I can let my users know.
