You can add video on a page easily with
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpmbytplayer/ plugin
If you are using Visual Composer, it also have some addon which support video background.

Ok thank you for your reply i can already find @ Google.And if i am smart i can think to of using a plugin what i already have done. Thats not a text against you. I wouldent buy a template of a Theme if i would Study coding. So i am after your answare at the same Point like before. As client i would like to have an answere like this.

Hi @offizegmail, It is not in built function inside our Boss theme, you will need to use custom codes or
use any plugin like Visual Composer to incorporate it.

We will keep in our suggestion list to create a template file which can utilize the Video background.
