Is there any way to make profile editing page and user registration page look gd

Hi,

The profile editing page and the user registration page on boss theme looks so dull… is there any other way to make them look good ? Also what if we want to validate inputs in user registration page ? for example currently a person can select date of birth between 1910 to 2035 how do i make validation to not to select dates in future ?

Also date selection box takes much time to update. Can u please tell me why ?

@myfilmyduniya it appears BuddyPress has changed the register page to be two columns. I agree it looks very busy. But unfortunately we only do minor styling on this page and are unable to support decluttering the page since the theme did not cause this. You will need to contact BuddyPress for support on form validation, right now I’m not sure if this is easily done without a plugin.

I do know there are some plugins to make the registration process multi-step so there are more than one page to complete, but I’m not sure of which ones are still current so you may need to search the plugin database on WordPress.org.

Finally with the dropdown update issue, this should have been fixed in the latest version of the theme, 1.1.8. Are you currently running that version?

I got the current version of theme as 1.1.6 . For me 1.1.6 is shown as the latest version ( in the downloads in buddyboss.com ) . But still the drop down issue is still there. you can check that out at http://myfilmyduniya.com/register/
