Issue: Mobile Layout being displayed in Desktop & Laptop

Hi,
Lately, there are a lot of concerns being raised from our users, the issue is they are seeing the Mobile Layout while browsing through Chrome, Firefox in their Laptops. Today, we did a random check and also faced the same issue (attached is the screenshot).

This is happening on the login screen itself, and we are unable to identify the exact cause. Hence, I would really appreciate if you can help in fixing this issue at the earliest as this affects user experience.

@akhilvij Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! We use device detection to determine the correct layout, with media queries as a fallback. If you are using a laptop with a small screen resolution there is a slight chance it could be confused as a mobile device. The layout options in the Theme Customizer allows you to hide the layout switch button available on the bottom of your site…in the footer if you choose. Is it possible this button was pressed or you are using a small screen resolution, or even a laptop that is considered a tablet?
