Issues with store, seller and dashboard (screenshots)

So I finally got to setup the marketplace theme for my project. Great. Everything looks dandy. Just few issues.

1. I do not get the “apply to be a vendor” option. When I create a new user and click on “Dashboard” it brings me directly to my store page and I didn’t even apply. See screenshot below. How do I fix this?

2. Shop configuration. Despite going to the WP Admin > Woocommerce > WC Vendor > Settings > I made sure the “Allow vendors shop banner” is enabled. Despite this, I get a weird layout/format instead. See screenshot.

3. I don’t have the “Add friend/cancel friend” AND the “Private Message” icon when I look at another user profile. IS there a reason? What am I missing? See screenshot

4. At the home page, I have set through Visual Composer “Latest items”. Is there a way I can make it show the latest items automatically without adding the item IDs?

I think that’s it for now.
But I would like to point out, you guys should look into offering a “Installation Service” as an option somewhere. I’m pretty sure you could offer this service for $50 and it wouldn’t take long for one of your staff member to install it just like the demo. Hell… I would even pay $75 if I can get it 100% functioning.

I also have a problem with issue 2. Hope someone answers this thread.
