Just bought and doesn't work! :(

OK – I bought reply by email today and I’ve wasted around 2 hours trying to make it work. It doesn’t. I’ve set it up for bothe types of email service and neither work properly. Focusing mainly on send grid, the tests send ok by the replies are never received. I always get this in the logs

Failed incoming mail error: (Security token is expired.)

Can you please explain? I’m using google apps/gmail in browser to reply to the test email (as most of our community does as we have google apps for business). Please fix, help fix or refund.

Please let me know if you are using any plugin which lock down your site for member only.
We will need to cross check your site is able to send mails to email services and receive respond from them.

Hi there – what do you mean “lock down site for member only”? The site is closed for registrations and is invite only – is that what you mean? Also we use the WPDEV members plugin to restrict visibility of certain areas; is that what you mean? I’m not sure I see the relevance…

Can you please explain what the error message means or maybe point me to a way that I can debug?

FYI the site can send and receive email via Google servers just fine.

Hi @lyndonhivemindnetwork-com, Some of members used private community plugin which restrict all the pages for logged in users only and we execute an action from the admin-ajax.php

So I looked for the table referenced and it didn’t exist – but wpmulti_bbrbe_token did?? So I renamed this table (inserted _2) and now it works!! But what gives with that??

Ok- So although it now ‘sort of works’ – in that the reply emails get through but I just saw the following in the error log. I guess this needs fixing or that table will fix up quickly.

Hi @lyndonhivemindnetwork-com, It’s related to multisite
Plugin need little bit testing with multisite and it seems it is trying to create site id specific tables.
wpmulti_2_bbrbe_token table for site id 2
wpmulti_bbrbe_token table for site id 1
I have notified developers to cross check it

Hi @lyndonhivemindnetwork-com, multisite fix still need some more time. It was rejected in our internal testing. Please wait for a while.
