LD Matrix choice not correcting in SL.

If I create a Matrix Choice quiz in another theme (or via Justin at Learndash in the Learndash development environment) when the quiz completes the red or the green is shown in the question area.

In Social Learner, the green and the red don’t show. (They show at the bottom in the correction area but not in the question area. This makes it very difficult if a student – they don’t know how many questions they got wrong.

Matrix Choice

Have you disabled something to change the functionality? Is there a workaround that you could give me? Most of my Matrix question have 15 things to match. If the user gets just one wrong they have to go through a list of 15 items in the correction box to see which one they got wrong, if they can remember without going back up to the questions! It doesn’t really work as a format at present…
