Question
February 22, 2016 at 2:29 am #59878@familybudgetingI’m having an issue with the css on a single course page, but only for logged out users.
An example is here: http://www.momoney.co.nz/course/goal-setting/
For anyone logged in, this looks as beautiful as normal.
For anyone logged out, this looks like a horrific mess of failed css and duplicate messages. At first I thought this was clearly a Social Learner update issue, but checked your demo site and logged out users still see a beautiful course page.
I then thought it was a caching issues so disabled all minification / caching plugins including the built in BuddyBoss ones.
I then double-checked my child theme to make sure I wasn’t calling an out-of-date single-course.php file with custom changes – I’m not.
So then I tried creating a new course to test. Behold, my test course looked completely normal – UNTIL I tied it to a Woocommerce product.
Woocommerce, Social Learner and Sensei are all up to date and otherwise working normally.
I’m baffled by this and out of things to try. Have you seen anything like this / able to send me in the right direction?
Cheers,
Mike

February 23, 2016 at 1:22 am #59951@familybudgetingThanks – desperate for a fix and pleased to hear it wasn’t a configuration error I had made 😛
February 23, 2016 at 2:28 am #59957@familybudgetingHi @pallavi, I’ve found that this setting triggers the problem:
Sensei > Settings > Woocommerce
Enable WooCommerce Courses Use WooCommerce to sell Courses by linking a Product to a Course. If this is ticked, the single-course formatting breaks.
If it’s not ticked, the single-course formatting is fine.
February 23, 2016 at 2:31 am #59958@familybudgetingAnd this has made me check your demo again. I’ve found when I look at your free course (ie not tied to Woocommerce), everything is fine. But when I look at your paid courses, your formatting is broken too.
For example: http://demo.buddyboss.com/social-learner-sensei/course/sell-your-course/
This must be affecting other users too so it would be great to have a fix asap.
