March 8, 2016 at 2:46 pm #62145@stephenI purchased WC Vendors Pro today. A few minutes ago, I uploaded Visual Composer, MarketPlace, and WC Vendors Pro to my network.
I then went to my subdomain where OneSocial is installed to activate the plugins. I was thrown an error by my hosting provider which I will attach below when I tried to activate MarketPlace and WC Vendors Pro, Visual Composer activated without any issues.
I also tried activating at the network level (which I didn’t and don’t want to do) but was thrown the same error regardless.
I am not sure if I should automatically assume that this is another multi-site issue as I have been experiencing with BuddyBoss User Blog, but it needs to be fixed.
I was told all of these products would work harmoniously together at the time of purchase (two plus weeks ago) and I am now sitting on $500 USD worth of themes and plugins that do not do what I was told, that I cannot do anything with until fixed, and lastly, that I have not been adequately communicated with in order to know how long I should expect this to persist.
Please explain what’s going on and when I can expect a fix or temporary patch.

March 8, 2016 at 3:28 pm #62150@stephenI ran the error logs. It does in fact seem to be a MultiSite issue as the necessary DB tables were not created. Is this accurate and can/will it be fixed?
I hope you understand my frustration since I was told prior to purchase everything in my requested setup would work well together. Additionally, after learning I was having issue with User Blog on an MU install, if MarketPlace has a known MU issue of its own, and knowing I had purchased it for use in my setup, it would have been nice to have been told that prior to purchasing WC Vendors Pro.
