Member / Group Pages Blank

Hello,

I just bought your theme and the plugins BP media and wall. I installed everything according to instructions, and it looked alright. Except when I go to a specific member’s page, or to a group, the page is blank asides from the user or group’s name.

I tried deactivating and activating all plugins, switching between themes, I deleted, redownloaded and reinstalled all three things and nothing’s changed. Multiple users reporting this problem on multiple devices. Nobody is experiencing it with different themes.

@alexcadillac Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! You are unable to use the default permalinks with BuddyPress. Please change your permalinks and check if the issue is resolved. Please also make sure BuddyPress is installed 🙂

Hi @tjchester. I can 100% assure you that I had enough common sense to make sure that buddypress was actually installed on my buddypress community. Furthermore, if you’ll look to my original post, you’ll notice the links I included to the problem pages are using the post-name permalink format, not the default one, which would have been ?p=123, instead of /members/alex.

I was able to do a fresh install, direct the new files to my database and reinstalled my plugins. Seems to have done the trick and the problem’s solved.

@alexcadillac sorry if I insulted you, sometimes it is the most basic of issues that may cause a conflict. Glad this is resolved. Please open a new topic if you have any further issues.
