Members Directory not working

Hello,

I’ve been having a problem with the members directory in the sites URL.
I’ve gone into settings->BuddyPress->Pages and assigned it to a page called Members which did not fix the problem.
I am currently using a custom structure for Permilinks with the following extension /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

I believe the problem is with the URL, when I click on a profile option on the live site it takes me to http://makerspace.walnutstlabs.com/members/*user_id*/
but when I go to the Members page that I created it takes me to
http://makerspace.walnutstlabs.com/index.php/members/

How do I fix this? Is it a problem with the Permilinks or is something else awry?

@chrisdima Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! This is a WordPress/permalink issue. Your permalink should not include index.php, just start with /%year%/… If that does not fix the issue you may want to revert to a more simple permalink structure until you are able to resolve it with WordPress/BuddyPress support.
