Question
May 31, 2015 at 7:47 am #40794@style960I realise there’s a strong chance this isn’t possible but I’ll check – for those of us not using Buddypress, is there a clean method to move the Buddypanel menu to the right panel on mobile? Save right-handed users moving across the screen to open the navigation? Happy to apply changes myself if I’m pointed towards an update friendly method.
Thanks,

AlyssaParticipant@style960 there is no clean way of doing this. I thought you were able to accomplish this in the past using a WP toolbar editing plugin?
May 31, 2015 at 11:11 am #40802@style960@tjchester I hoped I had to, but neither myself nor the developer could figure out how to style the current menu item. A small issue I know but the two menus (left & right) looked noticeably different.

AlyssaParticipant@style960 shouldn’t be too hard to do it via jQuery. Like this:
If URI == $menu_item addClass('current_menu_item')
You get the idea…May 31, 2015 at 1:01 pm #40809@style960@tjchester I honestly hadn’t thought of that. Having another look at things now.

AlyssaParticipant@style960 if you get a working sample feel free to send me a link and I’ll see if I can help out.
June 2, 2015 at 5:34 am #40855@style960@tjchester If I use Boss I will. My feeling is that it’s too tightly designed around Buddypress, it should really be advertised as a Buddypress only theme.
