Mobile Layout issue in Desktop & Laptop Screen !

Hi,

We are facing a bigger concern from our users, saying they see the Mobile Layout while browsing through Chrome, Firefox on their Laptops & Desktop. Today, we also faced the same issue while doing a random testing (attached is the screenshot).

This is happening on the login screen itself, and we are unable to identify the exact cause. Hence, I would really appreciate if you can help in fixing this issue at the earliest as this affects user experience.
