Mobile Smart Plugin / Multisite

Hi there,

I bought the Mobile Smart Pro Plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/mobile-smart/ that you recommended, so I can both use desktop theme (avada) and super mobile theme. I experienced two problems (run on multisite):

1. Most of the customizations of super mobile theme (colors, fonts) don’t apply and also the mobile menu doesn’t work – it shows all pages instead.

2. If I open the left panel (login, register), it doesn’t close anymore and I have to reload the website

@succevo I’m not sure where a paid plugin was recommended by the BuddyBoss team, I was unable to find a reference to it on our site, can you send me a link? It is possible the recommendation was outdated.

With that being said I’m not sure how customization options work with a theme switching plugin. I think this needs to be brought to the plugin author for support. Furthermore, it may not be possible to use the customizer with these types of plugins due to WordPress limitations. See the above discussion with common issues with theme switching plugins.

I got in touch with the developer already and let you know when I get feedback. The other thing was about the left side panel I mentioned above: does it work correctly for you when you use multisite?

@succevo I see, we recommend the free version and you purchased the pro version…got it. Thanks for the link! I have no issues with the left side panel with default settings using multisite. If you make BuddyBoss Super Mobile your primary theme do you still have the issue?
