AnonymousHi @adminzenoed, Steps are pretty simple
1) you need to create an account at https://www.cloudmailin.com and it will ask HTTP Endpoint
You have to enter the same url
your domain + /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=cloudmailin_incoming_service
2) After you enter post url you will get an email like this
***************@cloudmailin.nethttps://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxzNBu6bZdtHcUtpa0ZUcThKa1k/view?usp=drivesdk
you can use the next step to test your settings

2. I sent test email from RBE setting, and receive them in my email client inbox.
3. I replied to the test email above the “Write ABOVE this line …”
4. Went back to WP dashboard in RBE and got this in the log:
Fri, 04 Dec 2015 16:57:18 +0000 Failed incoming mail error: (Content is empty.)
There is an email saying “Failed test, please write some text” …December 7, 2015 at 10:23 pm #53968@adminzenoedI’m beginning to regret purchasing this plugin — it has not worked for me despite following all the instructions. Developer should make it clear that this plugin doesnt work if you do not have public page in the wordpress installation otherwise … will there be a solution to this ?

as You have mentioned this
it means server is getting the message.
this has nothing to do with private site.

I am getting this emailed back to me: Hi,
Your previous reply failed. Please type some text and reply.In the wordpress backend, RBE log showed “Failed incoming mail error: (Content is empty.)”
What should I do next?

We have checked at your website and it worked fineFailed incoming mail error ( context is empty )
this error comes, if user tries to reply by deleting all old quota text of mail and doesn’t keep things in thread email.

I am getting a response email with this: Hi,
Your previous reply failed. Please type some text and reply.I did not delete all old quote text and just “Reply” the email and write above the line etc etc…
