"Name" field visibility not adjustable

Hi there,

I am using Social learner theme with buddypress. On the profile page of a member they can choose “settings -> profile visibility” but on that page they cannot adjust their visibility. The name isn’t even displayed (see screenshot 1).

On the backend under “users -> profile fields” there is 1 field “name” which is mandatory. I cannot adjust the visibility there either (see screenshot 2).

Is there any solution to let the members change their name visibility? This has a high priority for me because I work with several teams of several companies that can now easily see each other.
