Need shop sections showing categories with subcategories under each

Right now the vendor “Shop Sections” area for each vendor page shows all of the product categories and subcategories mixed together in one confusing list. I would like a way to organize them by category, with the subcategories under each.

To clarify, it probably would have been easier to say I would like a nested list of categories/subcategories.

Never mind… I would still be interested in this feature, but have decided not to use subcategories for now.
