It’s a minor js issue which should display buttons on focus or hover
We have detected and fixed it
mean time you can use following css to fix it in your custom.css

#buddypress #whats-new-options { display: block !important; }

Yes, behaviour is normal for Boss just need minor js tweak as i told in previous message.

BuddyPress kept option button hidden by default inside 2.4.0 update. Which should display on hover or focus at what’s new area.
For cover image support we have hidden those new feature for future development, at present our cover image approach is much better default BuddyPress one.

We have also worked on BuddyBoss theme and added Cover image support there and released new version yesterday.

with the mobile view from the Buddyboss Theme. I would appreciate a quick fix for this one. And let’s not forget the problems with the BuddyBoss-Inbox plugin, I also would appreciate a quick fix there … (labels queries amongst).

Hi @yespapa, @donpooper @mdaniel98, Please update your Boss theme
It will fix the issue and you can also update BuddyPress.
It is fixed in our current Boss update. BuddyPress had included a new feature to keep button hidden until you focus on the what’s new area and it create conflict with the height parameter assigned there by Boss theme.
I will close this topic. It is resolved.
