Where is the Excerpt for these links? I am using Buddypress Activity Plus on another site and it shows the Excerpt for all these links. It also uses the Correct Image Preview instead of a cropped version (once posted to Activity Stream)

These links DO show the excerpt but there are some weird numbers showing up at the beginning of the Excerpt.
(just figured out what these wierd numbers are… its grabbing the Social Numbers from the Social Icon Buttons just above the Article [Facebook 291, Google+ 51, Linkdn 421, Pinterest 100] )

Also, when i paste this link it lets me choose an image (i chose #1 Butterfly) but when i hit POST theres NO image??

It depends upon their logic, We are using meta values and which is most common for all site.
It might be possible they are using first image apprach from body part.Regards
