No option to reply by email bbpress

Although all users receive new forum and forum reply emails, they do not get the option to reply by email. There was only one instance when this option was offered, and it worked fine then, so we know the plugin is configured properly. However, that was only one email out of numerous emails sent.

We are using bbpress notify (no spam) to email users about new forums and forum replies. Is there a way to get the “— Write ABOVE THIS LINE to post a reply —” option and the correct reply-to address to apply to every bbpress email notification?

Actions are only triggered with BBpress not with bbpress-notify-nospam plugin. All Emails which are sent by bbpress-notify-nospam , email responses for them are not monitored.

Is there any way there could be an edit or an add-on made to add this functionality? I have noticed edits have been shared via forums previously (for example – here).

If we do not have this functionality, the plugin is essentially useless for our client’s purposes. In this case, we would have to request a refund given the relatively vague description of this plugin displayed before purchasing.

Those code are used to open a path for action for private site, Private site lock down all the url and redirect them to login page. To enable communication from email service provider it was required.

Here bbpress-notify-nospam itself send email for each BBpress action. Reply by Email will should work with and without this plugin, but it will not engage or accept response submitted by bbpress-notify-nospam.

More detailed feedback can be provided after testing and developers input.
