Old Photos not showing up under grid

Hello, I have a site that I was uploading photos to before buddypress media became a plugin. The photo option was incorporated into the buddyboss theme. Anyway, when I updated and went to the plugin none of those photos appear in the photo layout grid option. If I set Photo layout to Activity Posts they do appear on the page but they are not counted in the count listed on the tab.

Please note, I do have the current version of buddyboss media. I actually don’t remember if at some point it asked me to migrate databases as I’ve been reading some topics here that mention that and I’m not sure if that would fix my problem. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling the plugin to maybe generate that message but it didn’t work. Any ideas?
