OneSocial and BuddyPress error

I am getting an error (“There was a problem posting your update, please try again.”) on status updating on buddypress groups and activity.

any suggestions please.

Please let me know what exactly you are trying to post.
If you are trying to post some links
You can try with following settings
Go to the Dashboard/Settings/Discussion/Comment Moderation
and change the number of links it allowed

The activity post it’s not working, it always appears a message of error right there.

Hi @marciopt
Please make sure you have enabled all component inside buddypress settings.
You can also try by repairing all BuddyPress from Tools >> BuddyPress
It does not look like theme issue, to be sure you can also test with default WordPress theme for a while.

Hi @vapvarun thanks for your tip, I’ve solved the problem about the posting, but now I’m having a new kind of problem. When a person makes the registration in the template she can’t publish messages inside buddypress but when she makes the registration by the wordpress she can do it. Thanks for your attention!

I can create the account without problems and activate it when I go into the activity to post a message to another User appears this error. I’ve tried in other situations accepting the friend request but the error remains. Please help me.
