Order of Installation

I have a new site and have already installed wordpress, memberium as membership plugin & LearnDash.

Unfortunately it is not clear though, which components and in which order I install Social Learner for LearnDash. The 2 ‘tutorials’ for it are pretty much the same and don’t help.

Here are the things I got to download/the things I assume need to be installed. Please let me know which of them are plugins and which are themes as that is not clear from the file names. And … most important … in which order they are best installed.

BuddyPress – Install from WP’s Plugin directory?
bbpress – Install from WP’s Plugin directory?
BuddyPress Global Search – Install from WP’s Plugin directory

templatera-template-manager-for-visual-composer.zip

boss.zip
boss-learndash (1.0.4).zip OR boss-learndash (1.0.5).zip – not sure why there are 2 versions and which one is better/less buggy
buddypress-for-learndash-plugin.zip
social-learner.zip

Please also let me know if there are some issues to be expected … and how to get around them … in this particular combination.

Hi @jeunessima, First install Buddypress plugin and then Boss. Theme

After that install and activate Social learner child theme and the Learndash plugin.

Now activate other plugins:
Boss for Learndash (enable group component first)
Buddypress for Learndash
Visual Composer
Templatera
BuddyPress Global Search

Might be Boss for Learndash causes some errors so just deactivate it and reactivate it again.
