PaidMembership Pro automatically adding users to all groups

Just started using social learner with Learndash and paidmembership pro/learndash integration. I’ve setup groups for each course per the tutorials. When I update existing user’s memberships manually in order to re-add them to a course, they are automatically added to every group, not just the group that is tied to the course. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @docreidthinkingreeds-com, Please check your course setting

If you have a open course all member will get auto subscribe to it and they will also part of linked group.

Thanks, Varun. All the courses are actually closed. Note that I’m not sure of the behavior when someone signs up via the pmp plugin. These are users that are already enrolled in a course and were re-added via the member, not paying, option in the user profile. They are unable to access other courses, which is great, but they are all added to every group…
