    I’m trying to understand how the commission payout works.

    Once a person sells a product, does everything go through my payment gateway, and then I pay them a commission based on what was sold, or does the payment go through the member’s payment gateway, and I get a commission based on what I set as the commission?

    I’m trying to understand this, because if it goes through my payment gateway, how will I know that the product has been shipped by the seller?

    Hi @nquest69, Welcome to BuddyBoss Community!!

    You, as the site owner, handles the payment. You receive all of the money. If you setup PayPalAP, then your account sends the vendors their money in real-time, or based on the schedule you chose in the settings. You can adjust it by going to Vendors settings.
