Possible Theme Conflict with Manual Image Crop Plugin?

Hello,

When I use BuddyBoss Theme with this WordPress plugin, none of the image sizes except for thumbnail and Buddyboss slides appear to be able to be cropped.

Plugin worked fine when I was using my old theme, tried the usual of deactivating other themes…

The image size I am using I added in the functions file – it is working just fine, as it does appear as an image to select from…

Any ideas?
