Pre-Sale Question: Restrict Wall posts only to user's profile

Is there way (programatically is fine) to restrict wall posts from displaying the activity stream?

Think of it is as a kind of semi-public message. A user visits another user’s wall, posts to them there and it gets displayed on that profile’s activity stream for anyone to see who visits the profile, but not in the main activity stream.

I was once able to get that kind of functionality with Brajesh Singh’s BP Activity as Wire plugin (http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-activity-as-wire/) but I’ve been having trouble with it recently and am looking find another solution.

Is this a possibility?

@sauntvalerian this appears to be a highly specific request. I don’t see us adding this as an option to the Wall Plugin but I imagine it is possible by excluding activity with the word “wall” in the action (NOT content) specifically when on the main activity stream. I’m sure we could do this if you want to request a customization quote feel free to do so.
