Question
June 28, 2015 at 6:12 am #41801@rotjuHi there,
I’m having issues with my Profile Dropdown (all users) and (admins).
When logged in with my super admin, everything works fine and the Profile dropdown is working fine.
But for all my others users the Profile dropdown is not showing at all. On the desktop only the logout button shows, but on mobile nothing is showing.Any advice?

AlyssaParticipant@rotju the right menu is the WordPress toolbar. Usually this is a plugin conflict. Try disabling plugins to check for a conflict and let me know what you discover. Could also be a caching issue that disabling of a plugin will not affect.
June 29, 2015 at 1:24 am #41830@rotjuThanks @tjchester
I have been deactivating plugins and emptied cache on every occasion.
But it seems that its not working either way. I can manually ad the menu at the profile, but it doesn’t show up the standard ones when not the menu is not defined. It used to work fine, just after the last update of the boss theme I got people complaining about this.
Any other advice?June 29, 2015 at 4:23 pm #41883@alyssa-buddyboss
AlyssaParticipant@rotju please send a description of the issue and admin credentials to [email protected] and Varun will look into this deeper. Please make a note to him that you are using multisite.
July 2, 2015 at 8:22 am #42022@jhoewnerI’m having the same problem. Any solutions yet?
July 2, 2015 at 2:06 pm #42031@jhoewnerI’ve found the solution. The option marked in the screen-snippet turns that menu on and off.

@tjchester unfortunately I already tried to change those settings to see whats happening. But no results.
The only things that changes or has effect on is my super admin user. All other users will not be affected by these option changes.I have tried disabling plugins, empty cache but still no results. The only things that works is adding a custom menu to the profile navigation section (which I dont want to do) I really like the standard settings for that profile menu. But somehow that is not working any more.
Any other thoughts on this?
July 5, 2015 at 8:43 pm #42184@rotjuWait a minute, Just found out its this plugin that is causing problems:
https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/It started after the upgrade to membership pro 2
When deactivated the menu drop downs works again for all users.I’ll notify the support team of WPMU dev and keep this post updated for future references.

AlyssaParticipant@rotju if you haven’t already sent an email with admin creds to [email protected] please do so at this time. Reference this forum.

Thanks for the update, I will do that now. Because I have still some issues with the “WP Dashboard” links not showing up under admin users (only super admin).
