I can put as sub menus in the area of profile, it does not allow from the area menus

Hi @infomushug, those are BuddyPress
You can not control them using WordPress menu function
Each new menu item there need BP functions to be added for each tab and their screen
This will give you an idea what exactly is required to a sub nav in BuddyPress
