September 8, 2015 at 9:23 am #45935@cheech1981I am not sure if the two are related, but I’m struggling to think of another reason why. My forced timers no longer show in LearnDash, and users cannot start quizzes (the Start Quiz button doesn’t start the quiz).
To my knowledge, LearnDash has not been updated. The only other update I made was to my CometChat plugin, but that was a fix within the plugin, so I don’t think that is the issue. The major update I can remember was Boss 1.1.9 (which caused those sidebar problems) and Boss 1.2.0. Also I know that Varun had to make a js change to one of the scripts for another issue.
I didn’t realize the problem earlier because most of my students had already seen the lessons, but I had a couple of late registrants recently that encountered the above problems. Is there any relation between the Boss Theme and my LearnDash functionality?

Okay I have double-checked this, and it really does appear to have something to do with the Social Learner theme (or maybe Boss). Here is a video that shows the problem:

September 14, 2015 at 3:53 pm #46288@cheech1981You may disregard my previous post. I bit the bullet and did a clean reinstall of most of my theme files and integrations and was able to get the quizzes working.

Then I just updated to the new version of Boss, and new problems have started, but they are different, so I’ll start a new thread. I hope that every time we update Boss we don’t have problems–it is starting to get a little frustrating. 😉
