    I just created a multisite…quite a headache, I must say.

Anyways, ‘My Sites’ is now showing on the profile dropdown menu–something I would NOT like to have on there. How can I remove it? ‘My Sites’ is not a functionality I want to have for people.

Hi @aaronmcnany, ‘My sites’ menu is only visible to admin or super-admin of the site only it will not visible to subscribers.

@pallavi — thanks for the reply. I’ve since reverted back to single site. I won’t ever do that again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go the multisite route. I think there may be better options than multisite to accomplish one’s goal.

Anyways, just so you know, it actually did show the ‘sites’ on other users’ accounts. I found out about this because everyone was curious about how to ‘create their site’…which of course, is not an option I am giving them. I even signed into a ‘test’ subscriber account that I have, and, sure enough, the ‘sites’ button was present. Just letting you know as a head’s up!

Hi @aaronmcnany, If you have enabled site creation for users then the option will be enable for them too because they would be able to create a site and if the site is created by one of your user so he/she is the admin of that site thus the link must be visible to any of your user..

    Regards
