The Boss should have a page of login and registration on the frontend, you could use the plugin:

@cristiano BuddyPress has a built-in login widget so we feel this is not something we should be including in a theme. In regards to registration, BuddyPress has a complex registration process integrated into WordPress. It would be difficult to keep up with this process within a theme. We think a plugin would be better to solve this need.

No problem, I hate how the add (BuddyPress) to the widgets…just call them what they are!
