Too many redirects

I am having problems with my marketplace theme. when clicking on links the page does not load but displays this message in the browser (see image attached)

Please try to debug the issue with deactivating your other plugin and keep BuddyPress plugin ON.

I am still getting the same problem after deactivating the plugin. No matter what browser i am using it is still the same. I have attached the image where none of the links work.

No i am only using the plugins i have purchased from buddyboss and WC Vendors. I have uninstalled all the plugins accept the child theme and marketplace plugin and i am still getting the same problem
