How do I update the top right navigation? The order is very messy and I would like to reorder and hide/remove some of the options in the menu to align with what I have on the user profiles. I would like it to display in the order below:

Wall
Courses
Profile
Notifications
Messages
Following
Settings
Log Out

(Hiding/Removing Groups and Sites)
