Topic Author not Visible

Hey, in BBPress forums the topic author is not visible under the topic. Did you guys take this out? It returns when I switch themes. I’d really like it. Thanks!

Hi @ubrandon, we have not removed avatars
They are still visible , you can also check at our demo url which is also running on current version.
http://demo.buddyboss.com/boss/members/guest/forums/

Hey Varun, the avatar is there for the last poster, but the author of the post itself is not there which is usually right underneath the topic title in bbpress forums.

Hi @ubrandon, At present that code is present in the theme’s code but not sure for which purpose it was commented by our developers if you still want to show Forum / Topic Author so copy the bbpress folder to child theme and edit the loop-single-topic.php file the exact path will be:

boss-child/bbpress/loop-single-topic.php

and uncomment the code from ‘line 60 to 66’.
