Question
November 16, 2015 at 7:56 pm #51897@diversityxI have this installed on my buddypress package that was a custom theme project by BuddyBoss. All working well, I turned off the “Starred” feature via CSS. It would be great if this was a checkbox in the plugin settings.
My big issue is that file upload capabilities are not working on mobile devices. At least my iphone and ipad.
I have it loaded on our dev server for troubleshooting.
How should I send credentials for checking?

RegardsNovember 29, 2015 at 12:23 pm #53074@diversityxI have sent you the login credentials through your form, and the link to have access to our dev. The link was sent to [email protected] I have to block the dev site by IP.
I would appreciate this being looked at.
November 29, 2015 at 12:24 pm #53075@diversityxBut 8 days between replies makes for some terrible communications with Buddyboss support.

AnonymousHi @diversityx, It got delayed to due extra protection at your website
We have got two key access and but both do not allow to access the pages.
To check the issue, we need to visualize the issue at least once.
You can also record a screen cast it will help developers to get the issue.

AnonymousHi Renee

We will publish there edits after get verified by our testing phase .

Varun DubeyDecember 4, 2015 at 2:16 pm #53717@diversityxInstalled the new version on the dev server you have access to. When I click on ”attach file”, it brings up the keyboard, not the mobile file browser to upload a file.
It does not appear to have fixed the issue.

AnonymousHi @diversityx, I have cross checked with iphone and android both of them tested your site and my own install also
But seems worked fine
Please try to clean your cache and try once againRegards
December 5, 2015 at 2:53 pm #53785@diversityxThanks for all your efforts Varun. I was able to get it to work fine on a Galaxy Tab – but I use an iphone 6+ – and in that it doesn’t work. However, it does work on an iPhone 4, but not a 5 and newer.
I note that the mcEdit is missing in these smaller versions. (not that its an issue on the android tablet). What do you think could be wrong?
If I test it in Chrome’s dev tools, you will be able to recreate the iphone 5 and newer issue.
Thanks for your assistance.
