I am not sure I understand the user roles in relation to setting up and using BuddyPress Docs.
Is it correct that:
Group Member -> Can be used/setup by Student?
Group Moderator -> Can be used/setup by Group Leader?
Group Admin -> Can only be used/setup by Instructor?

Hi @mln83 , If you need students can also upload the Docs, You will need to make selection for the Group Member and it will be your students.
Group Member -> Can be used/setup by Student
Group Moderator -> Can be used/setup by Group Leader ( or any student to which group admin is added as moderator )
Group Admin -> Can only be used/setup by Instructor
