Unticking 'Show this category at the top of any product category page.'

Good afternoon,

I have ticked ‘Show this category at the top of any product category page’ for 3 categories. However when I untick them and press save, it says that the item has been updated but the box is still ticked when the page refreshes? This means the categories are still displaying?

How can I untick the ‘Show this category at the top of any product category page’ box successfully?

I had the same issue. At the end of the day I deleted the categories and added them again without the “show this category at the top..”. Not the most elegant way … but at least it’s working
