    Hello Support..
Purchased a 1 site license about a week ago and the next day I submitted a question on your Contact Us page asking if I could upgrade to the 5 site license. I have not heard back from anyone so I figured it would be best to post my question here. I used a discount code you were offering at that time which I believe was 20 or 30% off. Is it possible to pay the difference to get the upgrade to 5 sites? I apologize for the confusion as I was not aware that I would have more that one customer looking for the same solution at the time of my initial purchase. Please let me know right away please.

Hi @brandecho, Sorry for delayed response
You can upgrade to 5 site license easily, you just need to submit a request from our contact page and we will send your coupon code which will provide you discount for single site license, and you have to pay only the difference between single site and 5 site license.

I have sent an main on 6 jan on same day when you have requested for upgrade.
Please check your mails once more, in our record it is also marked read “Customer viewed on Jan 6 @ 6:30 pm”
    I have sent it again.

    Regards

I have searched all my emails and even spam box. I do not see your email sent on Jan 6. I also checked the Jan 5 and 7th in case of the time difference yet still nothing. Just FYI, I already submitted a request via your contact page. I will do again now.

Also, I am not getting emails when their is an update in the support forum. May want to check your outgoing email settings on the site.

Thank you. I received the discount code and will be using today. Just waiting for client to confirm invoice for the difference. Hopefully today I should hear back from them.

By the way.. Do you have any special instruction on how to setup my current site as a WordPress Multisite? I need to setup my domain, http://www.diversifymybusiness.com, as the main site and then setup a networked site at either myvetbiz.diversifymybusiness.com or diversifymybusiness.com/myvetbiz. From what I read, it may be easier to setup diversifymybusiness.com/myvetbiz but this depends if I will be able to hide my domain from the URL by changing the myvetbiz.org domain DNS to point to either myvetbiz.diversifymybusiness.com or diversifymybusiness.com/myvetbiz.

My goal with setting up the multisite network would be to only share the course content. Each domain would have its own buddypress/wp-users. Please let me know which plugins have to be shared/installed as multisite plugins (mu-plugins) in order for this to work.

As always, thank you again for your help.

    Hi @brandecho,

On a WordPress multisite network, you can have your sites installed in either subdomains or sub-directories.
    http://site1.example.com
    http://example.com/site1/
If you choose subdomains, then you will have to configure wildcard subdomains on your server (we will show you how to do that later in this article).
On the other hand, if you choose sub-directories or path based URLs for subsites on your network, then the only thing you need to do is enable pretty permalinks on your root site.

Please follow the steps to enable multi-site on your site: https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

    Regards
