User Blog Editor not loading

Hi, I have just purchased the User Blog plugin but the editor doesn’t load (I also sent a contact form). I read the earlier question here with the same issue but I am not running a multi-site or network WordPress install so not sure what might be causing the problem. Are you able to give me some guidance on what is going on?

I have tried all the same things (updating permalinks etc.) but still not editor when creating a new post or editing an existing one. Bookmarks page and recommendations are working (though the bookmarks page doesn’t load the page title for some reason).

I also have a problem with the reorder tabs plugin – when I go to the settings it doesn’t show any of the tabs. I have attached screenshots for both but the tabs thing is probably something I can live without anyways.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
