    I keep getting the following message in WP Admin:

    Hola! Please activate your copy of Visual Composer to receive automatic updates.

    How can I get rid of this?

    Hi @misiman, Visual Composer is a bundled plugin.
    You will updates for it from our side, no need to activate it.
    If you want to activate it anyhow, you can buy you own personal license from http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431
