    I’ve purchased the OneSocial theme and I’m having a lot of trouble with that, I’ve to support everyday verify if you had already answered my question. I’m waiting for three days the answer for my questions, I’m working hard and I want to make my projects come true as fast as possible and if I have to wait three days for resolve a little issue, it’s gonna be really complicated… I’m really sad about this, this situation sucks! Please give some attention for your costumers because I can’t keep working like this. Any one like me? Where is the support?

    the support is given on business days… if you look at your calendar, you’ll find that we’re still sunday… and the guys are not on your time zone.

    Hi @jeanpierre, I’m not here to be arrogant with you all but the way that you answered be wasn’t the most correct, first of course I understand that the support doesn’t work at weekends but if doesn’t work why you answered me? Second, because you’re not in my timezone you have 3 or more hours of the day to answer my questions, let me explain, if I wake up here at 9 am and send a question for you at this time you will receive the message 5 am or less so you have all day to answer me but it doesn’t happen, I know that this is internet but I made made a purchase/investment with you and I think that’s no fair you answer me like that.     Hi @pallavi; @vapvarun When a person wants to contact the vendor and is not logged in, she clicks in the button “ask a question”, it doesn’t happen anything, it doesn’t appear a message telling that the person must log in to ask a question. When the person clicks on the button the page make a load and redirects for the same page. Thank you for your attention.

    If when a person sign in to the website puts two separated words in the “username” the website doesn’t notify that you can’t create a name with two words, and the confirmation email arrives with broken URL.

    there are some problems with WC Vendors, and you point out exactly the main of these problems…

    someone posted earlier to deactivate the registration form of WC Vendors to use the original WordPress process, which does not have that “space” problem.

    Hi @marciopt, When non logged in user clicks on Ask a Question, nothing will happen for now.
    It’s inside our task list and we have also discussed on this earlier on this inside support forum.

    We have used BuddyPress messages for this purpose and BuddyPress allows to post message only if member is logged in. Developers will add a notice or messages for guest users, inside next version update.
