Why won't admin custom logo display?

I have set custom login screen to on and uploaded custom logo but it does not appear on the login screen. Any ideas on why this is not working for me?

Hi @webezy, Are you using any 3rd party plugin or using the Boss theme options ?

Hi @webezy, The image you are trying to set on login page: http://industrialengineering.solutions/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/logo.png does not exist.

I have try it with : http://industrialengineering.solutions/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/logo.png image and it is working please see the attached screenshot.

Sorry for late response. I have set another image in boss theme customize under upload admin logo.

But image does not display. What is stopping it from showing? See screenshot. Image that is set has lines drawn through. What is causing this?
