    Hi,

I have purchased a plugin called Woocommerce Product Filter and this plugin is compatible with any theme except for one social!

Could you please let me know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it.

I have tried different themes and they are working just fine.

Let me know if you need more info on this

based on the infos from the author of that plugin, you’d be better contact him directly, some of hte javascripts used in his plugin are competing the ones insode OneSocial….this can’t be fixed from this side of the thing.

    Hi Jean,

Actually, I managed to fix it. The plugin has a section to add custom filter to accommodate for those who build themes not using the standard woocommerce filters.

Onesocial is using woocommerce_before_main_content instead of the standard woocommerce_before_shop_loop

… actually, the hook “woocommerce_before_shop_loop” is used in the front-end of the Shop, while “woocommerce_before_main_content” is used for single items display.

i do not have the Marketplace files in hands, so i don’t know if someone missed a shot here, but the default WooCommerce files are supposed to be used here…

    Thanks @jeanpierre
Hey @omarobaidm, OneSocial do not have any override for WooCommerce files.
Marketplace is also using woocommerce_before_shop_loop in most of template files

Please specify template files in which do action is missing, we will add in coming updates.
