wordpress database error

Hello-

In my error log I keep getting this error:
[16-Feb-2016 18:54:15 UTC] WordPress database error Unknown column ‘group_id’ in ‘where clause’ for query SELECT id, title FROM wp_buddyboss_media_albums WHERE user_id=6143 AND group_id IS NULL made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), include(‘/themes/buddyboss/page-fullwidth.php’), get_footer, locate_template, load_template, require_once(‘/themes/buddyboss-child/footer.php’), wp_footer, do_action(‘wp_footer’), call_user_func_array, BuddyBoss_Media_Type_Photo->script_templates

This is for my user id and it has been giving me problems. And it seems there are other user ids affected also, but I can’t figure out a similarity in them.

It’s media plugin issue which is fixed. We will push updates shortly. We are working on testing of the plugin.

I waited days for this update, but I am still having issues and I need support asap.

When I login with my profile, username Lu:
PM you the UN and PW

I get this:(see attached image)

SOmething is wrong with the media plugin- when i go to photos nothing loads.
Also I can’t create albums or load pics.

My profile is slow to load and slow to navigate the website.

This is profile specific- not sure if others in my network are experiencing this. They may be. But if you login as another test account:

the issues do not exist. See ScreenShot

Need assistance and someone to take a deeper look.

Sorry for delayed response.
We have update the media plugin couple of days ago, Please update media plugin and it will be fixed.
If you still have any issues, Please let me know.

I have created a new album and uploaded a sample image it’s seems working fine this user specific also.

Image size are big approx 2.5 mb per file that why photo page is loading slow of him.
