Question
December 22, 2014 at 8:44 am #34145@interglobalmediaHi,
I have noticed over time (and especially now) that BuddyBoss 4.0.8 is no longer so responsive. It doesn’t look great at all on mobile. I suppose you’re focusing more on BuddyBoss Super Mobile? Does it work? Because it hasn’t caught up with the latest WP release or iOS8+ etc yet. Please advise.

AlyssaParticipant@interglobalmedia I can’t say we’ve had any complaints about this. Perhaps there is a plugin conflict or custom CSS that may be conflicting with the styles of your website? Can you provide me with links and the precise issues you are experiencing?

I just want to make it clear that I’m talking about the BuddyBoss responsive theme on mobile and not BuddyBoss Super Mobile, which I haven’t purchased yet. I checked to see if it’s a plugin. It is not. I noticed that others have also been having problems, and one big problem is that the home icon and the navigation/list icon don’t respond to touch on my iPhone. This is new. Just an FYI: I think the problems began with iOS8, and have escalated for me now. I no longer have my iPhone 4S (where I had no problems until iOS 8). I now am on the iPhone 6. Has BuddyBoss been tested on iOS8 and/or iPhone 6? And how about BuddyBoss Super Mobile, which I had been considering purchasing, but want to know that it has been tested on iOS8 and iPhone 6. Thanks!

I went onto my website via mobile tonight, and everything was back to normal. Somehow something managed to fix itself. You are probably right about it being a plugin conflict. The only thing is, that when I turned things off there was no immediate change. However, I did do one thing with a new plugin that just might have taken time to adjust. I now have a plugin called Usernoise, a feedback plugin, and it has an option to be enabled or disabled on mobile. Initially I had had it enabled, and that was the first time in a while that I had gone onto the website via mobile, and everything looked screwed up. Then I disabled to plugin for mobile, and nothing changed. However, tonight, it was normal. I guess it just took a while to adjust. I have found that adjustments sometimes take a little while to happen. It’s probably a web host service thing. Thanks for all your help and patience in this matter!

AlyssaParticipant@interglobalmedia glad to hear things are back to normal. I’ll close this out for now, but let me know if you run into any further issues.
