Disable Menu under Cover Photo

How can i remove the menu items just below the cover photo as this is a duplicate of menus.I only want to use the buddy panel menu .

@meza Welcome to the BuddyBoss community! These links are not duplicates! These links will keeps users within their own profile and revolve around the logged in users activity. When someone clicks on Profile they can edit their own profile. If users click on Friends they see their friend list, they click on group then only see groups they are part of. This is content only the logged in user would want to see versus seeing ALL content for each link.

Thanks for the response , however is there a possibility that i disable them. My setup is such that i use the Buddypanel for the users links.

.my-account #item-nav{display:none !important;}
