Need Help Making One Text Change

Registration on my BuddyPress site is restricted to those that meet a few very specific conditions. While I state this at multiple places on the site, I still get a lot of registrations that I need to deny. Therefore. I would like to add this notice at the top of the Registration Page (see attached file) in hopes that it will cut down on some of the unqualified registrants.

I have tried to change this text with no success. I even bought the Pro Version of Poedit but I can’t find this text string in any of the BuddyBoss language files.

Any ideas on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!

@grant-swaim this is a BuddyPress translatable word, check their language files.
