Nothing works anymore

Hello,

After making an update (buddy press edit activity) in my wp admin…
I don’t know if it is that or something else…
Everything turned to white : no more website, no more admin !!!
I’m stuck and don’t know how to access my admin anymore.

Did you ever encounter something like that ?

I think I found a solution on the web.
It seams to be a plugin conflict… will try to find the solution

The conflict was with the plugin
« BuddyPress Xprofile Custom Fields Type »
Have you encountered that situation with your Boss theme ?

Does that mean that I have to keep in mind to never make this update ?

Hi @france, Normally you need to create backup first
in best practice it should be done on dev or staging site first
There are tons of plugin and on avg each site have 30-50 plugins and any one can create issue
You must do your updates on staging site first to make sure everything is working fine
