Store and Seller page issues

Hello,

I’ve set up a few users as vendors. When I look under “Sellers”, these vendors appear only when I choose to sort alphabetically. Under “Stores” these Vendors don’t appear at all. Please can you confirm if this will be fixed soon?

Your demo version works perfectly! Please can you tell me why the theme doesn’t work similarly when I have not made any changes to WC Vendors or the Theme.

I love the theme and I took a huge risk under the impression that everything would work straight out of the box. Unfortunately, I was wrong. 🙁 I have run into 2/3 other issues and I hope there are no more.

Same problem!
I have 13 vendors/shops
Only 5 show up when you click “STORES”
All 13 show up when you click “SELLERS”

I have checked for this one, Each vendor must have added store setting to be appear on STORES page.
If we just add few vendors and approve them , they will start displaying on sellers page, but will not display on Stores page.
They will be start visible once they can configured they stores options. Even they have zero product ,it will start displaying after store configuration

There was another issue with this – The seller details only display when they are sorted alphabetically. Otherwise the page is just blank.

Is there a way to fix this or will it be addressed in the next update?

Hi @bharath23, if you add a new user along with new products by your own, you will see them showing up. Demo contents won’t be ‘Active’ in this way. Hope this helps.

Hey Bruce, Thanks for your reply. I actually needed help with the sorting issue.
The Sellers/Stores show only when they are sorted alphabetically. Otherwise they don’t.

Another user had a temporary solution – Use a custom Menu. Sort the List alphabetically, then copy the url and use that in your custom link menu.

Hi @bharath23, the theme pre-set as ‘most active’ so when you add new users and products, you will be able to see them in the seller and store pages. Sure, if you prefer to set is as by ‘alphabetical’ then you can do it with custom menu link. It’s up to you. 🙂

Hi @bruce7075. I followed Varun’s advice and the list shows ONLY when I sort alphabetically. So I have had to use the custom link approach to default the list to show alphabetically.

If the theme option can add this settings for admin would improve user experience, ie, what to show as preset for seller and store page: most active, most recent, alphabetical.

Same here: store will not show up when the stores aren’t listed alphabetically. Any insights on this?
